Toby Wilson

Toby Wilson was born in Los Angeles as a baby and spent the first two years of his life living in the Pacific Palisades. After a couple of years of conscious thought, he decided it was time to explore the world a little, and moved to New York City where his small, yet inspirational apartment on 73rd and Central Park West led him to develop into quite an entertaining toddler. His world had become more open and the Idea of Europe intrigued him, so off to Sweden where learned the local language and became the favored source of joy to several members of his family.

Dancing, singing, and storytelling became his way of life (and as a growing boy, so did pickled herring and gravlax). However, the States called to him and he longed for home. His exploits landed him back in New York and his restless soul guided him from there to Houston (TX) and onward to Culver City (CA), Northport (NY), Miami (FL), Breckenridge (CO), Stockholm (Sweden), Sun Valley (ID) and finally after many years of exploration, growth, and learning, back home to Los Angeles, California.

Acting in several comedic and dramatic roles throughout his life, and learning from inspirational teachers at the Neighborhood Playhouse School of the Theatre in NY, plus the iOWest and Upright Citizens Brigade Theater in L.A., gained him a highly developed passion for entertainment that lies deeply rooted within him.

This singer, songwriter, poet, artist and actor has committed himself to performing improv and sketch comedy with a group of comedic titans, “Cup of Tea� and has been dedicated and diligent in the ways of laughter while still working hard at his craft. Toby has found himself in a place where he is free to create and truly enjoys being able to perform with many different talented performers and fully intends to continue doing so throughout his lifetime.
